What is your shipping policy?

We ship all over the US states. All orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing a link to track your package. 

What if there’s a problem with my purchase?

Please contact us ASAP, and we’ll be happy to help.  We will issue a credit or replacement within 30 days. Returned items must be unworn and in new condition - In their original packaging

What if my product is damaged?

Each item is inspected and packaged with care, but damages and defects may still occur. If you find a defect, please contact us immediately at info@reelnautigear.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We'll issue a return and replacement. 

How should I care for my jewelry?

To keep your pieces sparkly and minimize signs of wear, avoid prolonged contact with liquids, perfumes, lotions and perspiration as they'll dull your pieces and cause them to wear quickly. Treat your jewels with love and care, and they'll keep sparkling for you!

What are your products made of?

Our jewelry is crafted with gold plating, rhodium and .925 sterling silver. All our products meet jewelry standards (lead and nickel free) and are safe to wear. We strive to offer stylish and quality pieces. 

Our apparel is made of 100% cotton and polyester blends with microfiber additions. Wash with like colors, do not use fabric softener as it will cause the microfiber to fail,  tumble dry on low, do not use bleach, iron as necessary and do not dry clean.
